Return Policy

We are here to help you resolve any issues relating to your recent order with us. Before you start your return - contact us for any support. 

Returns & Exchange

We gladly accept returns on certain unworn, unopened*, non-sale items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds per intimates standards.

For health and hygiene reasons, Qrucifix is unable to accept returns of worn undies. If undies have been tried on, they must be discarded and cannot be resold, as this goes against our low-waste and sustainability values.

Given the nature of our made-to-order structure, we are unable to accomodate for full refunds, however we have implemented a policy of offering store credit for your exchange to better handle our inventory levels.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria below.

Accepted return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please include your Order Document inside your return package.
  • Return package must include original tags, cards and packaging materials.
  • If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team prior to arranging your return.
  • Please record the tracking number of your return package if arranged with the pre-paid UPS Label or with your own preferred courier

We do no accept return for:

  • Damaged or worn items.
  • Custom fit or customised items.
  • Incorrect size selected or given at the checkout.

Faulty Goods

If- under any circumstances, the goods sent to you are faulty or you notice damage made on our behalf, we shall be held fully accountable for resolving any issues in relation to your return. In case of faulty item/items received, please get in touch with us first. We will guide you on how to return your package to us; you- as the buyer are responsible for the return cost from your country; we as the recipient are responsible for covering the shipment back to you including the exchanged goods. Please note, in such rare event, we do compensate our customers for the inconvenience and we shall include a complimentary gift item to complete the look our your existing order with your return.


As a sustainable business, we encourage our customers to reach out if there is any repair to be requested on a damaged item due to wear. This service is free of charge, you as the owner are only responsible for the return and shipment.

We offer repair for: 

  • broken hardware/components;
  • broken stitches;
  • lost suspender tab replacement.

Exchange Procedure

  • The return shipping label fee is part of the return process, and it falls within the customer's responsibility to cover this expense.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow us 7-10 days to inspect and process your exchange (as we are a made-to-order business, the given time frame may be longer).
  • We will send you a store credit calculated as the total value of the returned goods minus the return shipping fee. In cases where a discount was applied to the original order, your store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount, minus the return label shipping fee.

Your own shipment: you can send the package on your terms, using your local courier company. It is mandatory for buyers to select tracked & insured service as we cannot be held accountable for goods lost in transit.
