Taxes & Duties
Our postal charge does not include taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer and usually determined on the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.

Incorrect Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at hello@qrucifix.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
When you invest into quality underwear, it makes sense that you want to get as much long-term wear out of them as possible. Below, we are giving you a simple guide to effectively caring for your naturally dyed undies.
Washing Instruction
- Wash your garment in luke-warm water with neutral soap. We suggest home-made soaps that are fragrance and chemical-free.
*Make sure the soap you use is sodium bicarbonate-free since it can come into chemical reaction with the natural dye resulting in colour change.
- Let it soak a little and gently rub, until stains are removed.
- Lay it down on a towel, armchair, or dry hang on fresh air.

FOR BRAS- simply remove the clear taps of the apex clips. This will lengthen their life spa
*Please Note: avoid direct sunlight as UV rays may affect the colour of the natural dye.
Useful Advice
If you are using chemical-free shampoo/soap for showering, feel free to give a clean to your undies whilst showering. Just remember to rinse and dry-hang afterwards (and make sure the product has zero sodium bicarbonate).
Additional Note
High levels of discharge acidity may effect the colour of the inline gusset. This is natural and should not be reflected on the outer layer of your underwear.

process of creation
All pieces created in our studio are dyed by hand in its own dedicated dye bath— meaning that your sets will enjoy a very unique and special shade that cannot be repeated nor recreated. For this reason, we kindly ask you to measure yourself before placing an order and if possible- inform us within 24 hours if you wish to add items to your existing order so we can prepeare more dye vat. Currently, our production runs on a made-to-order basis, please allow 4-7 working days to create your pieces.
