When you invest into quality underwear, you want a long lasting piece that stays with you... forever. 
However, things always go to plan and over time you may loose a component, the washing machine eats a claps or your dog chews on your favourite Carmen g-string. 

In order to give you a piece of mind, we are giving a life-time warranty on all orders placed on our website- if we can amend it, we will.
This can be a broken stitch, a loose end, or just replacing a ring on your bra.

All you need to do is simply get in touch with us and we will guide you through the process. 
You, as the buyer are responsible for the shipment to our studio and the return label, we cover the rest- including the amendment time and any additional components.

*Items must be sent using Track & Sign Service.
*Items cannot be returned in exchange for refund.
*Quality Assurance applies to worn items only. If you experience any default with a new item you ordered, please get in touch with us here and we will send a replacement for you.

As a sustainable label, we encourage everyone to amend or fix their broken items instead of replacing it with a new one. For this, we are here to help.
