This document provides you with all the details about our Terms and Conditions (the ‘Conditions’) upon which we will sell the Goods listed on this website (https://qrucifix.com). By ordering online, you automatically accept these Conditions mentioned below. Without being legally bound to these Conditions, you shall be unable to proceed with your transaction.

Confirmation of Order

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on qrucifix.com.

Age Restrictions

By placing an order at Qrucifix.com, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age of 18 to purchase certain items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.

Payment

Qrucifix Ltd accepts Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Google Pay and, in some countries, Klarna and PayPal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Qrucifix Ltd, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. Qrucifix.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include UK VAT. Qrucifix.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On qrucifix.com prices are shown in the following currencies: British Pounds (GBP), Euro (€), American Dollar (USD) and Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via RoyalMail from our UK or Central European Studio.
All made-to-order items are expected to be assembled and shipped within 7-10 working days after the order has been placed.

Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
We have a standard freight charge worldwide.
Occurring customs charges are beyond our control therefore we cannot be held responsible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

As a sustainable business- creating plant dyed pieces dedicated to one customer at a time; returns and exchanges are slightly more fiddly than other online businesses trading chemically-dyed items. For this reason we set up our own unique Returns & Exchange policy which we kindly ask you to read through and get in touch if you need any help

As of now, all sales are final, no returns accepted. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault or other exceptional circumstances listed below. 

All orders placed online receive a unique dye bath which results in a unique colour shade. We are prepared to dye extra 10% of the original order volume to prevent shortage due to cut off waste during production. This means reproducing the same shade is not possible therefore the item with exchange request cannot be replaced. However if you wish to exchange due to size related issues, we'll first assess whether adequate amount of left over material is available from the buyer's unique dye batch, and then we may be able to proceed with the exchange. For this reason we kindly ask you to measure yourself accurately and make sure you order the right items.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on briefs due to hygiene reasons. 

Accepted returns must be:
undamaged
unworn
unwashed
free of stains and odour, in their original packaging, with all enclosed documentation.
All orders are sent in biodegradable mailing envelop, which can be re-used for returns.

Please note, returns cannot be accepted on made-to-measure or custom orders, as both are specifically created with the measures of each client. You must be certain of sizing and details before placing your order.

You must pay for the freight of the returned goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

Before you return the goods, please get in touch with us to be instructed about the appropriate return address.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
