Production Lead Times
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, it is carefully received and scheduled for production by our in-house atelier team.
For the most precise fit, we warmly encourage you to share your custom measurements — this service is complimentary and allows us to craft your piece perfectly to you. You can leave your measurements in the note section at checkout or email us at hello@qrucifix.com shortly after placing your order.
LEAD TIMES
- Standard production: 10–14 days
- Urgent requests: 1–2 days production may be possible, depending on our current capacity. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability for expedited production.
FULFILMENT
As soon as your piece is completed, we arrange shipment to your selected address. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
