Our warranty ensures your lingerie’s longevity, covering repairs for broken components, loose stitches, and holes, plus fit adjustments for weight loss (weight-gain modifications aren’t included). Available to the original purchaser for items showing normal wear and tear, we’ll repair your piece free of charge—just cover shipping to and from our facility.

This warranty remains valid for the product’s lifetime but does not guarantee replacement. It’s void if the item has been altered, improperly washed, or intentionally damaged. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and repair necessity.
