Once dispatched, we cannot change your shipping address, so please double-check it before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or returned due to incorrect information or unpaid customs/postage, no refund will be issued. By placing your order, you confirm all information, including the shipping address, is correct.
