All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control. In the rare event we expect delays on our end, our customer care team shall inform you immediately.

Incorrect Information 

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address are correct.
